Vanilla Panna Cotta


Here's a nice Italian dessert called Panna Cotta made by simmering together Milk,Cream & Sugar with Gelatin. It's served with Berries,Caramel or even Chocolate Sauce. I here made it with Raspberry Sauce & fresh Raspberries. This is a delicious recipe from Chef Chahira.

Ingredients: (for 3)


500 ml Whipping cream
1/2 cup Sugar
4 teaspoons of Gelatin Powder + 4 Tablespoons water
1 Vanilla bean (or 1 packet of Vanilla)

Preparation:

Dissolve Gelatin with water.
In a small pot over medium heat add the cream, sugar, The splited & scrapped Vanilla bean & dissolved Gelatin.
Keep stirring till they boil then remove from the stove & put in 3 moulds (or cups)
Cool in Fridge at least 4 hours before serving.
Remove from moulds by : placing the metal moulds in a bowl of hot water for few seconds then inverting the moulds upside down.
Enjoy with your favourite Sauce.

Panna Cotta 

Zutaten:

500 ml Schlagsahne
1/2 Tasse Zucker
1 Vanilleschote
4 TL Gelatine + 4 EL Wasser

Zubereitung:

Gelatine im Wasser auflösen.
In einen Topf, Sahne & Zucker geben. Die Vanilleschote längs aufschlitzen & einfügen. Gelatine mit Wasser einfügen & mit einem Schneebesen bei mittlere Hitze rühren & zum kochen bringen.
In kleinen Backform geben & abkühlen für ca. 4 stunden.

Mit Beeren Soße servieren.
