Easy Meat Pie. Einfache Fleischpastete


This is a very easy meat Pie that you can do from Meat leftovers in the freezer.. It's a nice & easy dinner & doesn't take much time in preparing.

Ingredients: (serves 4)


200 gm Filo sheets
250 gm cooked minced meat (cooked your favourite way)
50 gm melted butter
Nigella seeds (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Brush A 26 cm Pie Form with melted Butter.
Put around 4 Filo Sheets in the bottom of the Form.
Brush the top Filo Sheet with Butter.
Add the Prepared meat.
Cover with another 4 Filo sheets & brush the Top layer with Butter.
Sprinkle some Nigella seeds on top.
Enter preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.


Zutaten:
200 g Filoblätter
250 g hackfleisch (gekocht)
50 g zerlassene Butter
Nigellasamen (nachwahl)

Zubereitung:
Backofen vorhitzen (200°C)
In eine gefettete springform (26 cm) die hälfte der Blätter geben & mit Butter streichen.
Das Fleisch auf die blätter verteilen.
Mit dem restlichen blätter abdecken.
Mit Nigellasamen streuseln.
Im backofen für ca. 20 minuten backen.
