Lemon-Yogurt Cupcakes with sugar glaze.(Zitronen-Joghurt Muffins mit Zuckerguß)

I´ve always heard from older people that experience does make lots of difference in different fields of life! Today I´ve discovered it myself ! I made those cupcakes maybe 2 years ago & took a picture of them, the cupcakes never tasted that wonderful, they were Good (I thought they were) but now with some minor modifications & some few more baking skills , they turned to be AWESOME! Hope you´ll all try them, they are fluffy, moist & Delicious & will fill your house with that gorgeous lemon zest smell!

Lentil Soup (Linsensuppe)

One of my favourite soups ever! very easy & when you eat it with bread & Salad it´s considered as a complete healthy meal.


Ingredients: (serves 4)

Spaghetti with shrimps & vegetables (Spaghetti mit Garnelen)


I had some special guests today in the house & I was planning to do fish as a main dish & instead of doing the ordinary Rice beside it ,I decided to do the very easy 10 minutes Shrimp Spaghetti dish, here´s how it´s easily done!
 
Ingredients: (serves 4)
400 gm Spaghetti
400 gm Shrimps
3 Table spoons Olive oil
4 chopped garlic cloves
Green,yellow & Red Pepper cut in cubes
Black Olives
frishly chopped Dill & Cilantro
 
Preparation:
Cook Spaghetti in salted water & drain.
In a pan, put Olive Oil & heat, then add garlic & stir till yellowish then add shrimps & stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add the Salt & pepper & the cooked pasta & stir.
Turn off the heat & add the freshly chopped herbs, Olives & Pepper & it´s done!
 
 
Zutaten:
400 g Spaghetti
400 g Garnilen
3 EL Oliven Öl
4 Konbaluch zehne (gehacket)
Shwartz Oliven (ohne Steine)
Paprika (im würfel geschnitten)
Saltz,Pfeffer
Dill & Koriander grob gehacket
 
 
 
Zubereitung:
Spaghetti in kochendes Wasser Kochen & ablaufen lassen
In einer Pfanne bei mittelere Hitze, Oliven Öl & knoblauch rühren, dan Garnielen hinzufügen & rühren für 4 minuten.
Spaghetti geben& mit Salz & Pfeffer würzen & rühren.
Vom Herd nehmen & Oliven, Paprika & Frische Kräuter hinzufügen . Rühren & Fertig!

Very easy healthy recipe.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillet.
Olive oil
Salt,pepper, paprika,Thyme,garlic, chopped fresh Parsley

     

Preparation:

Marinade the chicken in Olive oil & spices and leave for 3-4 hours.
Enter preheated oven for 15 minutes then turn the chicken breasts on the other side for another 15 minutes.
During the baking process , pour the juices coming out of the Chicken over it (every 10 minutes).

N.B: you might need to add some water if your Chicken dries.

Super easy Apple Tart


 
 Soooo yummmyyy, sooo easy ,& will fill your house with the best smell ever, apples & Cinnamon!

Ingredients:
(for a 20 cm Tart or Cake form,for 4-6 persons)
2 large apples
3 sheets of puff pastry (or puff pastry roll)
1 tea spoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Butter

Preparation:
Peel the apples & cut them into slices.
In a pan over high heat, add apples,sugar,butter & cinnamon & stir for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the apples & keep the sauce aside.
Roll out the Pastry sheets to a size larger then the tart form size.
Put the rolled out dough in the Tart form then put the drained apples on top.
Enter preheated oven (200°C) for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven & pour the apple sauce over your tart to give it a nice glaze.

 

 
 
 
                                    Super einfach Apfeltarte

Zutaten:
(Tart oder spring form 20 cm)
2 große Äpfel
3 Blatt Blätterteig (oder Blätterteig roll)
1 Teelöffel Zimt
2 Esslöffel Zucker
1 Esslöffel Butter

Zubereitung:
Die Äpfel schälen und in Scheiben schneiden.
In einer Pfanne bei starker Hitze, Äpfel, Zucker, Butter und Zimt geben & umrühren für 3-4 Minuten. Dann abtropfen lassen und halten Sie die Sauce .
Teig ausrollen & im Tart form geben & dann die abgetropften Äpfel auf den Teig legen.Geben im vorgeheizten Backofen (200 ° C) für 10-15 Minuten.
Gießen die Apfel sauce über dem Äpfel

Crispy fried chicken

This a very nice recipie that is ideal for kids too.

Ingredients:




Grilled Köfte


Grilled Kofte.

Ingredients:
500 gm minced meat
1 medium chopped onion
1 bundle of parsely
salt & papper
1/2 cup bread crumbs (bo2somat mat7oon)

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients with hands.
Put Köfte in a pan that can be covered & bring a piece of coal & heat it then put an onion cortex with some butter in the middle over the meat (you make a groove inside the meat with your fingers & lay the onion cortex inside it) then put the heated piece of coal inside the butter ,you will find smoke coming out of the heated piece of coal , then close firmly the pan for 30 minutes.

Then form Kofte in skewers & grill.
served with Tahini Sauce.

Homemade Hamburger.


This is a very easy dish everyone loves!
you only need 3 ingredients:

Minced meat
Salt & Pepper

N.B. You can add finely chopped Onion 

Preparation:

mix together & shape burgers with your hand ( a little bit larger then the desired size)& grill3-5 minutes on each side (according to your Burger thickness)

 To make uniform sized Hamburger Patties :
Simply use a glass jar lid (I used the Nutella jar lid) to press the meat against it,then flip it over to get the patties out.

Brownies. البراونيز

Whenever I find myself craving for chocolate, I don´t find anything better then Brownies :)

Ingredients:

Gnocchi Casserole.

I´ve tried many Gnocchi recipies, I never liked it! but this one, I fell in love with as it´s easy & delicious! & the smell of Italy was all over the house:))

Ingredients:
500 gm Gnocchi
250 gm Cherry tomatos, (cut into halves)
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves
Freshly chopped Basil
Thyme
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons Tomato paste
1 cup vegetable stock (soup)
Salt & pepper
3 Table spoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Cook Gnocchi in boiling salted water & remove when cooked then drain.


Prepare the sauce:
In a pan, heat olive oil then add to it onion & garlic, stirr for 1 minute , then add the tomato paste & stock, add the salt,pepper, thyme & Basil. reduce the heat & leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes till the sauce is thick.then turn off the heat.
Add Gnocchi & the tomatoes to the sauce & stirr.
Put in a ramekin or Caseerole & sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top &enter a preheated oven for 15 minutes till top is golden.

Oven Spinach ramekins

An easy delicious & nutritive recipie that kids also like a lot. It can be served as a side dish with Potatos or Rice.

Ingredients: (makes 4 Ramekins,12 cm wide)

500 gm Spinach (leaves or chopped) (fresh or frozen)
200 ml whippingcream
200 ml sourcream
50 gm grated Gouda cheese
2 eggs
2 table spoons sliced Almond
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 medium sized chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper

Preparation:

In a pan heat olive oil & add onion & garlic & stirr , add Spinach & keep stirring (5 minutes) then drain from water & add salt & pepper.
in a bowl, mix, eggs, sourcream, cheese, whippingcream, salt & pepper.

Prepare your Ramekins by buttering .
Add drained spinache evenly in the 4 Ramekins.
Then pour the eggs-cream mixture over the spinache.
sprinkle some sliced almonds on top.


Enter pre-heated oven (220°C) for 10 -15 minutes till golden on top.

Grilled Hot dog skewers with oven backed Potatos.

This is an easy & delicious recipie that kids love & doesn´t take time at all.


Backed Potatos:

Ingredients:
Potatos
Olive oil
2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves
Salt,Pepper,Thyme & Rosemarry

Preparation:
Cut Potatos into wedges or chuncks, coat with other ingredients & enter preheated oven 200°C for 15 minutes (or more according to the size of the cut potatos)

Hot Dog skewers:

You will need sliced Hot dogs, Pepper,Onions.
marinade your cut pepper & onions with some oil, salt & pepper.
Arrange your skewers with hot dogs, pepper & onions.
Grill (on the oven grill)

Pasta with Salmon & herbs

Pasta with Salmon & herbs.

This is a very easy recipie that I always do whenever I have no time...The whole cooking process takes 15 minutes (with already cooked pasta).

Ingredients:
(amounts according to the number you are serving)
Pasta Penne
Salmon fish
Freshly chopped parsely & Dill
Butter
freshly chopped garlic cloves
Chopped pepper
Chopped black olives
Salt, Pepper & Thyme

Preparation:
Cut Salmon fish into small cubes.
Cook Pasta in salted water & drain.
In a wide pan add butter fish cubes & stirr for 10 minutes till done.
add Salt, pepper, Thyme, garlic cloves, pepper ,Olives & Pasta & keep stirring.
Turn off the heat & add your freshly chopped herbs & serve.

Peaches-Raspberries Cake

Peaches-Raspberries Cake.

Fruit Cakes are my favourite, today I decided to do anything with Raspberries before it totally disappears from stores :) my choice was this simple & easy, yet elegant Cake, What I had at home was a jar of Peaches & I decided to include it in the Cake content & it was simply Perfect!


Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup flour
2 Teaspoons Baking powder
125 gm soft Butter
3 eggs
1 packet Vanilla
a pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 Table spoons Milk (or apricot Juice)
100 gm Rasperries
100 gm Sliced Almonds
400 gm Peaches (in preserved jars)
Powdered sugar (optional)


Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C before starting preparation.
Prepare your 24cm cake form by covering with butter & flour.
Start beating butter & sugar till creamy.
add eggs & vanilla & keep beating till creamy & fluffy.
add milk ,then the dry ingredients & beat.
spread the Batter in the spring form, cover with Peaches & Raspberries & sprinkle the sliced Almonds.
Enter the oven for nearly 40 minutes or untill a tooth pick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
let cool for a while & spread some fresh Raspberries & sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.

Berries Cream Cake- Beeren creme Torte

In June 2012 I read about a competition about Germany´s best fruit Cake in a magazine called "Bild Der Frau", It was Berries season & I´m a Berries lover! so I decided to do a cake filled with Berries AND creamcheese,sourcream & whippingcream,as I love the mixture between the sour taste of sour cream & the creamy mild taste of whipping cream & cream cheese, & Guess what! I WON! It was an amazing surprise to find the post man knocking my door with my Braun Multiquick 7 prize!! Here´s my winning recipie, hope you ALL like it :-)




Berries-Cream-Torte.

Ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
4 eggs
150 g Sugar
125 gm Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
Vanilla

For the Creme:
200 ml whippingcream
200 ml sourcream
300 ml creamcheese (doublecreme)
4-5 spoons powdered sugar

For the Berries:



500 gm Strawberries
200 gm Raspberries
200 gm Blue berries
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 c Ananas juice

Preparation:

*preheat oven 180°C.
*prepare 26 cm springform by brushing with Butter & adding flour.

seperate eggs..

*Mix egg whites till foamy, then add sugar & keep mixing till soft peaks form...
mix all other cake ingredients,then add the egg whites & fold with a spoon...
enter oven for 20 minutes then remove & cool & divide into 2 layers.

*Cut strawberries & mix with sugar & other berries & leave for 5 minutes.

*whipp the whippingcream, & add the sugar to it ,then add the creamcheese-sourcream mixture.

Decorate the cake :
put the first layer of sponge cake & pour 3-4 Table spoons juice then cover with 1/2 the cream & 1/2 the berries , then add the other half of sponge cake & pour the rest of the juice then cream then berries.

decorate with mint leaves.




Zutaten: 

Für den Biskuit:
- 4 Eier
- 150 g Zucker
- 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
- 125 g Mehl
- 1 gestrichener TL Backpulver
- abgeriebene Schale von 1 Zitrone
- Priese Salz

Für die Creme:
- 200 g Schlagsahne
- 200 g Schmand
- 300 g Frischkäse (Doppelrahmstufe)
- 1 Päckchen Sahne-steif
- 4-5 EL Puderzucker

Beeren:
- 500 g Erdbereen
- 200 g Himbeeren
- 200 g Blaubereen
- 2-3 EL Puderzucker
- Minze Blätter zum Garnieren

- 5-6 EL Ananassaft

Zubereitung:


Für den Biskuit:
Backofen auf 180° Grad vorheizen.
Eier trennen. Eiweiß mit 1 Prise Salz & Zucker Steif schlagen. Eigelbe mit Vanillzucker sowie Zitronenschale unterrrühren.
Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, darübersieben & unterheben. Masse in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform 26 cm füllen, glatt streichen & im Ofen ca 20 min. backen.
Herausnehmen, auskühlen lassen & waagerecht halbieren.

Für die Creme:
Sahne mit Sahne-Steif & Zucker steif schlagen.
Schmand & Frischkäse rühren. Dann Sahne hinzufügen.

Beeren:
Erdbeeren schneiden & mit Zucker, Himbeeren & Blaubeeren mischen & für 5 Minuten ruhen lassen.

Torte Verzieren:

Einen Biskuit auf eine Tortenplatte setzen, mit 3 EL Ananas Saft begießen, & mit der Hälfte der Creme abdecken & glatt streichen & die Hälfte der Bereen geben.
Zweiten Biskuit auflegen & mit 3 EL Saft gießen & mit Creme & Beeren abdecken. Mit Minze Blätter garnieren.
